VitaRelax offers beauty, personal-care, and related consumer products through its online store.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, colors, dimensions, ingredients, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations, or other circumstances.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated.
Where an ordered product cannot be supplied, we will inform the customer and, where applicable, provide a refund for amounts already paid. VitaRelax remains responsible for fulfilling its obligations to customers under applicable consumer law regardless of the location of the supplier or fulfilment partner used to process an order.
3. Product Information and Safety
Customers should carefully read all product descriptions, instructions, warnings, usage information, ingredients, and other information provided on the relevant product page and product packaging before using a product.
Products must only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
If you experience an adverse reaction, believe that a product is defective or unsafe, or have concerns regarding its use, discontinue use where appropriate and contact VitaRelax promptly.
VitaRelax does not exclude or limit any legal obligations relating to the safety, conformity, or quality of products sold through the website.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
Prices will include applicable taxes where required by law. Any applicable shipping or other mandatory charges will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
VitaRelax reserves the right to change prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
In the event of an obvious pricing, typographical, or technical error, VitaRelax reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate and permitted by law, cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email acknowledging receipt of your order. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
An order will be considered accepted when VitaRelax confirms its acceptance or otherwise begins fulfilment of the order, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
VitaRelax reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including:
- suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
- significant pricing or technical errors;
- inability to fulfil the order;
- product unavailability; or
- other circumstances permitted by applicable law.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, VitaRelax will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Where payment processing is handled by such providers, VitaRelax does not store complete payment card details on its own systems.
Payment information may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.
Any applicable customs duties, import charges, taxes, or other costs that the customer is legally required to pay will be clearly disclosed before the purchase where required by applicable law.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process or otherwise communicated before the purchase is completed.
Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed with the customer, VitaRelax will deliver the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, subject to applicable law.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by circumstances outside VitaRelax's reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
VitaRelax remains responsible for the goods until they are physically delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, unless the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by VitaRelax.
If VitaRelax fails to deliver within the agreed period or the applicable legal period, the customer may exercise the rights available under applicable consumer law, including, where applicable, requiring delivery within an additional reasonable period and cancelling the contract if the conditions established by law are met.
Any applicable customs duties, import charges, taxes, or other costs that the customer is legally required to pay will be clearly disclosed before the purchase where required by applicable law.

8. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions established by applicable law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform VitaRelax of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the applicable withdrawal period expires. You may use the procedure described in our Refund and Returns Policyor any other clear statement informing us of your decision.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal. VitaRelax will not charge a return fee merely for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
The customer must take reasonable care of the goods during the withdrawal period and may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain circumstances established by applicable law. These may include, among other exceptions, goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, VitaRelax will reimburse the payments received from the customer, including the standard delivery costs paid for the original shipment, without undue delay and in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Where permitted by law, VitaRelax may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or the customer has provided evidence that they have been sent back.
Where the customer has expressly chosen a delivery method that costs more than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by VitaRelax, VitaRelax is not required to reimburse the additional cost.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method and provided that no additional fees are imposed on the customer.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or otherwise affects any mandatory consumer rights relating to withdrawal, returns, refunds, or other statutory protections under applicable law.
9. Faulty, Defective, or Non-Conforming Products
VitaRelax complies with applicable statutory consumer guarantees and conformity requirements.
For goods sold to consumers in the European Union, consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity, subject to the applicable law and nature of the goods.
Where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the customer may have legal rights including, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract and a refund.
These statutory rights are separate from and unaffected by any voluntary commercial warranty offered by VitaRelax or a manufacturer.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory rights.
10. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes, and special prices may be subject to additional terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers and may be limited to specific products, customers, quantities, or periods.
VitaRelax reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers where permitted by applicable law. Any such change will not affect rights already acquired by customers under applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content available on the VitaRelax website, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, designs, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to VitaRelax or its respective rights holders.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
